Where We Are
We're located in Playa Ensenada, just steps from the ocean. The space is quiet, grounded, and easy to find.

Arriving
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early. This gives you time to settle, breathe, and transition into the space.
Early arrival helps you feel present before the session begins.
If you're running late or can't find us, send a WhatsApp—we'll guide you in.
