Deposit Policy

50% deposit required to hold your date.

No deposit = not reserved. Your date is only confirmed once we receive your deposit. Remaining balance due 7 days before your event.

Cleaning Fees

Mandatory cleaning fee applies to all rentals.

This is a separate line item charged in addition to your rental rate. Covers post-event cleaning and space reset. Fee varies by event size and duration.
